Sandra Serrano-Rosenbaum joined RE/MAX in January 2006. Since then Sandra won awards for her performance such as Executive Club, 100% Club, and Platinum Club Award, reaching the "Hall of the Fame" award in 2011 and obtaining the "Lifetime Achievement Award" in 2019. She is fluent speaking Spanish and English.  Prior to joining RE/MAX, Sandra worked for her family business as Export Sales Manager and Chief Operations Officer for 17 years.  She studied Computers Systems Engineering with a post grade in Management.


In 2001 Sandra moved with her family to Canada and since her arrival has been encouraging friends to look for their house, thinking that “Having a house is having a future”. This is especially true in Toronto where Real Estate statistics show that it is a solid investment. Her background, a strong commitment to excellence, and keen intuition for her customer's needs are Sandra's strengths. She provides her clients with the business savvy, negotiation, and customer service skills that they should expect from their agent.
